orn in Pallanza in Piedmont Chef Ernesto worked in the most exquisite upscale restaurants around the world, many of which are “Michelin Star”, Chef Ernesto Tonetto has decided to settle in Dubai since 2012, at Cavalli Club Restaurant and Lounge, and infuse in one menu all that was grasped from his experience at the Grill Casanova in Milan, Il Carpaccio in Paris, La Contenta in London, Armani Aqua in Hong Kong and many others. A leader in menu planning, a novel creator, quality assurance expert and an efficient budgeter are only some of the qualities he is to be described for that has put him on the top of everyone’s list.

After having worked in the most refined starred restaurants around the world, chose the Albergo Ristorante Bucaneve in Bielmonte to return to his Piedmont. Attentive to customer needs, for the chef the kitchen is part of his home and the team is part of his family.
